Title: Business Process Analyst (BPA)

Description: Will lead a team from the initial stages of a software development project to completion.

Requirements: Experience with Unified Modeling language such as Rational Unified Process (RUP) or perhaps Rational Rose. Experience helping at the initial stages of software development. Experience training and leading others would be ideal. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development. Will start as 6-month contract but could go much longer. Current application is in Access, Windows. May move to SQL Server for the back-end and front-end. This is a Systems Analyst position. Requirements gathering and Design are 100% of the responsibilities.
